• Rates are per room per night based upon double occupancy plus 7% Maine lodging tax.
• Extra Person $10.00.
• Photo identification required.
• A credit card is required to secure your reservation. We accept debit cards.
• Minimum check-in age - 21
• Minimum two night stay on week-ends during July and August.

• All Rooms are Non-smoking.
• Sorry, No pets permitted.
• Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival are subject to payment of one night’s stay.
• Standard Check-in time - 2pm-7pm
  (Walk-in guests not accepted after 8pm
