Lodging Commitment
We strive continuously to improve our practices and seek more and new options to further help our standards in place reach the highest level possible to preserve and protect the environment.
ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY DETAILS
ENERGY EFFICIENCY
LIGHTING - All rooms have energy efficient light bulbs.
Outside lighting including the flood lights are energy compliant.
HEATING/AIR CONDITIONING - units are lowered when rooms are unoccupied.
REUSE PROGRAM OPTION
Promoting Environmental Awareness by encouraging guests to conserve energy
and reduce waste. Without compromising the quality of our guests experience
we offer them the option to reuse their towels and linens during their stay.
RECYCLING
Separate containers are provided and marked for our guests convenience in all
rooms as well as outside areas for disposal of items.
AMENITIES
We offer amenities which include dispensers for hand washing,
shampoo/conditioning, and shower gel eliminating the need for packaging.
LOCAL PURCHASING
Whenever possible resources for lodging needs are obtained from local
suppliers, contractors, and services.
PRODUCTS
We use environmentally friendly non-toxic cleaning products throughout the
rooms; for example, Peroxide is used frequently along with 7th generation
brand products for cleaning purposes.

We will continually actively encourage our staff as well as seek
